Sea Shanty - 28th March 2014
The club members and members of the public had an enjoyable evening at Canyon Pyon Village Hall, when we held a successful fund raising event featuring Hobson's Choice the most inland Sea Shanty Group in Europe.
The evening raised over £900.00 which we are donating to the Acorns Three Counties Children's Hospice.
Air Ambulance Cheque Presentation -
3rd February 2014
Senior Vice President Chris Starnes was pleased to hand over on behalf of the club a cheque for £4010.00 to Susie Godwin of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. These monies were raised by the club holding an enjoyable and successful Summer Ball.

Anne Nevelos at Bergen Higlands Ramsey Rotary Club

Certificate Presentation
District Governor Jan Harris presenting a certificate to the club’s Foundation Chairman Dick Brimacombe for the Rotary Year 2012/13. In recognition of the clubs substantial donation in 2012/13 to Rotary’s Polio Eradication Campaign.
Christmas Concert 2013
On Saturday the 14th of December at Wellington Parish Church we held a successful Christmas Concert featuring the Hereford Male Voice Choir which raised £1000.00 in aid of the Rotary Polio Eradication Campaign.
Citation - 9th December 2013
Immediate Past District Governor David Houghton presenting the clubs immediate Past President Stewart Gilbert with a citation from the Rotary International President in recognition of the clubs work during the Rotary year 2012/13.
Mouse racing evening at Sutton St Nicholas
A Mouse Racing evening was held in Sutton St Nicholas to raise funds for Hereford Wye Valley Rotary charities. More than 150 attended the event, which proved to be an outstanding success, with well over £1,500 being raised. Congratulations to all involved in the organisation of this great evening.
Ten-pin bowling event at Leominster
Members enjoyed an evening of ten-pin bowling at The Grove Centre, Leominster. Highest scorer of the evening was Peter Scott, with Ronnie Thomas taking the partner's prize. President Alan Hudson is seen (below) presenting the winners with their prizes.
Club visit to Dillenburg
The club visited their German Twin Club in Dillenburg in September 2010. The two presidents give their speeches - not in their native tongues!
Charity Barbeque
A Charity Barbeque in aid of Community Service funds was held at the home of club President Dick Makin (2008-2009). Seen slaving over the hot coals are Mike Aubrey (Com-Voc Chairman) and Roy Bayliss, closely watched by Geoff Perry.
