To view a document just click on it and it should open in your browser (.pdf) or open in Word (.docx). You should be able to print from here but if it does not print the correct size you will need to download it.

To download it select the download action while viewing it. You can then choose where to save it (and rename it to something meaningful if you wish) and once saved, print the document as usual.
